To process your request, please include:

  • your name
  • the publication or purpose of the loan
  • the loan period (maximum 10 days)
  • the product

Borrowing a product from a current collection?
The Netherlands
Please send your request to our Amsterdam store via amsterdam@polspotten.nl.
The loan fee is 30% of the retail price and is paid upon collection. Please also include your preferred pick-up and return date.
If the product is not in stock, please follow the option ‘outside the Netherlands’.

Outside the Netherlands
You can place an order via our website. Products may be returned within 14 days. We do not charge a loan fee; any shipping and return costs are at your own expense. Logistics and communication are handled by our customer service team.

New collections (samples) - Netherlands only

Would you like to borrow a sample from a new collection? Please contact us via press@polspotten.nl. Please also include your preferred pick-up and return date.

Subject to availability, one sample per product is available. The loan fee is 30% of the retail price and is paid upon collection.
