Sales Intern B2B

Responsibilities:
 
As a B2B Sales Intern, you'll have the opportunity to:
  • Provide support in answering customer inquiries and ensure timely and accurate communication.
  • Assist with order management, from processing to follow-up, ensuring customer satisfaction and accuracy.
  • Support the team with various sales activities.
  • Help in creating and updating supporting documents, such as FAQs, customer and product sheets.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure smooth handling of processes.

What we offer:

  • Assist the B2B Sales team with client acquisition efforts, helping to manage leads and follow up with potential customers.
  • Provide support in handling customer inquiries and ensuring smooth and timely communication.
  • Help with order management, from initial order processing to follow-up, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Support the team in the organization of trade events, including preparation, logistics, and follow-up activities.
  • Assist in the creation and updating of supporting documents, such as FAQs and sales presentations, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with current business needs.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless processes.
 
Who are we looking for?
 
You:
  • Are pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Have a strong interest in B2B sales and a desire to develop in this area.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Have strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Are proactive and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Are comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and have a general understanding of CRM systems (knowledge of Salesforce or similar tools is a plus).
  • Are available for a minimum of 4-6 months.
  • Are looking for a practical internship, not for a graduation asignment.
  • Speak and write English fluently, other languages are a pre.
