Representative (fulltime)

Then you might be our new colleague. For our Sales team at our new office in Amsterdam, we are immediately looking for a Inside Sales Representative (32-40 hours per week).

What will your new job look like?


  • You are the first point of contact for our Trade partners, via email, chat, or phone;
  • You are responsible for an effective distribution of incoming questions in the various mailboxes. You know how to distinguish well between commercial inquiries and service questions. What you can solve directly, you do within 24 hours;
  • Within the sales team, you support by handling customer cases in our CRM system Service Cloud;
  • Our market share is growing, and you actively contribute to this growth by improving the customer journey within the existing tools;
  • The order processing is largely automated - you keep an overview of the processes and enjoy working with the necessary systems;
  • You support with specific requests such as arranging export quotes and documentation for overseas shipments;
  • Solving complaints is also part of your role;
  • At the end of the day, you have handled your cases, tackled a lot of work with the team, and made many customers happy.

Who are you?


For the role of Inside Sales Representative, we are looking for an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn candidate who wants to grow with POLSPOTTEN. You are at your best when the pace picks up and various tasks run simultaneously. Further, you recognize yourself in the following points:
  • You know how important it is to have fun together, but you also find it equally important to work effectively together;
  • You are service-oriented, precise, and do not overlook any details;
  • You get energy from ensuring the order process runs smoothly for the customer;
  • You stand firm and know how to tackle tasks;
  • You understand the importance of external communication;
  • You are very proficient in Dutch and English (both spoken and written);
  • It's a plus if you also speak French and/or German;
  • You have HBO-level thinking and working;
  • You have sufficient work experience in the customer service field;
  • You quickly adapt to new systems;
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud is a plus, but not required;
  • Finally, we find it more important that you truly fit into the team and feel at home!
