POLSPOTTEN has a strong growth vision and is scaling up rapidly. As a Key Account Manager, you play a crucial role in our ambitions and further market expansion. This is a dynamic and international sales role with responsibility for multiple countries and accounts.
In this role, you will initially focus on the Benelux, with the possibility of expanding into other markets. You will contribute to the growth of POLSPOTTEN for both existing and new international B2B customers within Retail, E-Commerce, and the contract market (hotels, restaurants, and offices). The combination of strategic and operational aspects makes this position both challenging and diverse.
You will manage a portfolio of 100-200 key accounts and oversee an additional 600-700 customers who place orders independently within your region. You will collaborate with three other Key Account Managers, each responsible for their own market area, and report directly to the Sales Director.
· Higher professional education level with a proven sales track record in the Home & Design sector.

Your responsibilities
- Managing and expanding international Key Accounts with a focus on revenue growth and profitability.
- Visiting (key) accounts, attending showroom meetings, and participating in international trade fairs (about twice a year), plus 5 to 6 international trips annually.
- Active acquisition: approximately 30% of your time will be spent on new business development.
- Annual preparation of market analyses, account plans, and budgets.
- Close collaboration with internal teams to optimize customer strategy.
Who are you?
You have strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and commercial insight. You know how to professionally and convincingly manage major accounts.· Higher professional education level with a proven sales track record in the Home & Design sector.
- At least 3 years of commercial experience in an international B2B environment, preferably within FMCG, home decor, fashion, cosmetics, or accessories.
- Understanding of E-commerce and digital applications.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- You can easily reach Amsterdam Jordaan by public transport, bike, or scooter.
