Article 3. Special and/or sensitive personal data we process
 
Our website and/or service does not have the intention to collect data about website visitors aged below 16, unless they have parental or guardian permission. However, we cannot verify whether a user is older than 16. Therefore, we advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data of a minor without this permission, please contact us via webstore@polspotten.nl and we will remove the information.

This concerns decisions taken by computer programs or systems, without involving a person (for example, a POLSPOTTEN B.V. employee). POLSPOTTEN B.V. uses the following computer programs or systems:
  • Exact Globe Next for the processing of address details and for generating order confirmations and invoices.
  • Mailchimp to enable you to subscribe to our newsletters. We use Mailchimp to send out mailings and newsletters, exclusively about our products and services. We only use your name and email address, as entered by you on our website. The IP address of the computer on which you have registered is also registered in Campaign Monitor.
  • Social media channels: Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and LinkedIn. Through these channels, we want to inspire you and keep you up-to-date regarding developments within our brand.
Article 6. How long we keep personal data
 
POLSPOTTEN B.V. does not store your personal data longer than strictly necessary to realise the purposes for which your data are collected.

To ensure the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to include a copy of your proof of identity with the request. In this copy of your ID − in order to protect your privacy − blacken out the passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but in any case within four weeks.
