Why this role?
As a Content Creator & Social Media Specialist (fulltime), you are the creative force behind our content and social media channels.
You translate the strategies of the marketing team into visually compelling and impactful campaigns.
With your energy and hands-on approach, you ensure POLSPOTTEN maintains a strong and consistent presence across all relevant platforms.

What will you do?

• Content creation: Produce photos, videos, and write copy for social media, blogs, and campaigns.
• Social media management: Take charge of content planning and daily interactions on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
• Community management: Build relationships with our followers, influencers, and partners through active engagement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the DTP Specialist and external partners to optimize visual output.
• Content management: Manage and distribute assets for internal and external use (e.g., image bank, Flowbox, assets in Marveltest, and SFCC).
• Email marketing: Develop and send email campaigns for both B2C and B2B audiences.
• Organic social media strategy: Ensure consistent and creative messaging across platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.

Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a creative multitasker with a passion for interior design and storytelling.
Someone who thrives on creating original content and contributing to the brand experience of POLSPOTTEN.

Your profile:

• Creative and hands-on: You love taking initiative and have experience in visual content creation, including film and video. Copywriting experience is a plus.
• Social media specialist: You have experience with and a passion for creating and producing social media content.
• Affinity with design: You feel at home in the world of interior design and storytelling.
• Organized: You excel at managing and distributing assets efficiently.

What does the team look like?

• Creative Director: Responsible for the creative vision and brand identity.
• Brand & Content Strategist: Manages strategy, coordination, and ensures brand consistency.
• Content Creator & Social Media Specialist (you): Focused on multi-layer content creation.
• DTP Specialist: Provides graphic design support.

Collaboration is key. The team operates with short communication lines and a clear division of tasks.
External specialists, such as PR agencies, SEO/SEA experts, and online marketing agencies, provide additional support as needed.
