Your role
As an Intern Sales Intern, you will play an essential role in supporting our sales team and engaging with customers. You will gain insight into the workings of a homeware brand and contribute to sales strategies that drive customer engagement and retention.Key responsibilities
- Customer Communication: Handle custo mer inquiries via email, phone, and chat, ensuring excellent service and swift responses. Proactively reach out to potential new B2B customers.
- Customer Engagement & Retention Project: Assist in developing strategies to attract and retain B2B customers by:
- Mapping the customer journey and identifying potential pain points.
- Personalizing communication to enhance the customer experience.
- Recommending effective online and offline communication strategies.
Who you are
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Interested in the homeware industry and eager to learn about B2B sales.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
